New orders, additions, deletions, or cancellations are due by the 1st of the month at 5pm (eastern time) for the following month's order. This deadline applies even if the 1st is a weekend or holiday. Our order is sent for processing early on the 2nd so changes made after the deadline will apply to the following month's order. You will receive your list sometime in the middle of the month before the due date (mid June for July due dates.)

Your order carries over month to month UNLESS you cancel by the first day of the preceding month. (EX.: you must cancel by June 1 or you will receive, and be responsible for payment for, labels with July due dates.)
All lists are sent in excel format.
